Warm Egg Custard & Milk

Sweet Breakfast today!
The egg custard is actually the custard used in egg tarts.
I have some leftover from making all the egg tarts that needs to be sold in the International Food Festival.
Yummy!

Was making the egg tarts yesterday and the first egg I crack has a double yolk.
Double yolk = Awesome Sales!
Which really happen, because we sold out within an hour.
