Vegetarian Char Siu Pau

These babies took me 3 hours to make.
It may look ugly but it taste awesome.
Not bad for making pau for the first time.
These are the medium sized pau. After these, I make all small ones.
Prefer eating small ones.

Filling is hard tofu, carrot and cabbage.
I cheat a little by using Lee Kum Kee char siu sauce.
I made the filling dry.
I dont want a wet pau.

When the dough rise the first time. Double the size.
So happy that it was a success!
I have never work with yeast before.
Overall YUMMY!
