Vegetarian Char Siu Pau

These babies took me 3 hours to make.
It may look ugly but it taste awesome.
Not bad for making pau for the first time.
These are the medium sized pau. After these, I make all small ones.
Prefer eating small ones.

Filling is hard tofu, carrot and cabbage.
I cheat a little by using Lee Kum Kee char siu sauce.
I made the filling dry.
I dont want a wet pau.

When the dough rise the first time. Double the size.
So happy that it was a success!
I have never work with yeast before.
Overall YUMMY!

Freedom Brunch

Hash brown with black pepper and garlic salt.
NO MORE EXAMS!

Black Pepper Flavoured Rice

Easy dinner tonight.
Pop everything into the rice cooker and wait.
Chinese mushroom, fishball and frozen vegeatables.
Frozen vegetables contained green and yellow beans, carrot, capsicum, cauliflower, and broccoli.
