Mini Rice Ball, Soy Sauce Egg & Korean Chinese Cabbage Side Dish

Star rice ball.
Made this using my Mini Japanese Rice ball maker.

醤油卵 (Shōyu tamago)
Japanese Soy Sauce Egg!
Made with light soy sauce and dark soy sauce for the darker colour.
