Lettuce & Tomato ?

I can't call this stir fry because the tomato release so much water.
Yet cannot call this soup because the sauce was super thick.
Then should I call this stew?
Awesome combination from the limited veges I have in my fridge at the moment.
Taste like tomato egg that has no egg.
Super yum!

Seasoning: Black Pepper, Soy Sauce, Vegetarian Stock, Sesame Oil and Vinegar!
