Vegetarian Ramen

Topped with stirfry bean sprout and hard boiled egg.
I finally able to make the egg Japanese ramen style.
Which is hard boil on the outside but the yolk is still melting inside!
And again I've season the noodle with sesame oil.
Yummy!

Boiled Broccoli & Stirfry Bean Sprout

Top with oyster sauce.
Yummy!

French Toast

Fillings is nutella, banana and honey!
Yummy!

Curry Sauce Ramen

Ramen noodles used are fresh ramen noodles, not instant.
Tops with fish curry sauce and blanched bean sprout.
To avoid noodle sticking to one another, I've added a dash of sesame oil.
So each bite also has that nutty sesame flavour.
Yummy!

Blue Cheese Mayo

Made with mayonnaise, blue cheese and mustard.
Would have added in some lemon extract or zest to make it even more tangy.
But overall it was good!

Waste Not What Not

Made boiled broccoli with oyster sauce.  
Yummy!

The water that was use to boil the broccoli is then used again to make fishball miso soup.
People always waste water and good broth by throwing away the water.
These water is a good source to make stock and soups with leftover vegetables.
Therefore, SAVE the WATER people!

Curry Buns

The bun is soft and the filling is curry potato!
