I made one last week with normal napa cabbage kimchi. It was SUPER YUM!

Spicy Cucumber and Tomato Salad

A bit fail on the seasoning.
It was first too salty, then I add sugar.
Then it was too sweet, add a bit more soy sauce and vinegar.
It was too sour. ;(
Add chilli oil to balance out the taste.
The next time I make this, I have to get it right.
Which will happen soon!

Eating it with leftover Asam Fish and rice.

That is why it is so watery.
But it was still super awesome.

Literally translated to Tuna Cooked Rice

Super easy to make!
Just pop everything into the rice cooker and cook.
Easiest Japanese Food EVER!
This was a bit wet. So next time I am making this with less water.

Spicy Chicken Stew, Cheesy Broccoli & Tomato Salad

Boiled broccoli and then baked with Garlic, Herb and Sea Salt with CHEESE!

The dressing for this was a Chinese fusion dressing.
I just mixed vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and some sugar.

Spicy stir fry fish cakes & Cheese Baked Rice

어묵볶음 / Uhmook bokkeum
Taste Super Awesome!
Made a lot, so I can store it and eat it some other day.
Its a Korean Side dish.

Cheese Baked Rice.
With an egg in the center.
The filling is spicy stir fry fish cakes.
The rice is infused with soy sauce and korean sesame oil.
Korean Fusion Cheese Baked Rice.

Pan Fried Dumplings & Boiled Carrots with Gochujang Dipping Sauce

Awesome Meal!



Recipe for Gochujang Dipping Sauce for Sook Yee;
1 teaspoon/tablespoon gochujang (Depend whether I want a lot of sauce or not)
Korean Sesame Oil
Soy Sauce
Black Pepper

Mixed it all together and then taste whether it needs more soy sauce or sesame oil.
I used this same dressing for my Bibimbap too!

Pinwheel Cookie

Leftover pastry with brown sugar feeling and glazed with corn syrup.
Kinda fail a bit making this cause its my first time.
Fail as in it look UGLY, and some parts taste a bit burn because of the caramelization of the sugar.
Should attempt this again with a different pastry next time.

Oily Temptation

Had a meeting at 6pm and had to be at Aunty Hannah place at 8pm.
No time to cook, so I gave in to my oily food temptation and bought this babies.
All I can say, I regret eating it after that. >.

Vegetarian Big Breakfast

As you can see it is big, but I will need all the energy today for Pump class at 4pm.
The green stuff is pickles.
Cheese next to the hash brown with aioli sauce.
And a glass of milk.

Vegetarian Tom Yum Bihun, Smoked Chicken & Tomato

Light dinner after gym.
I realize that I didn't have any vege/fruit on the dish, therefore I cut up a raw tomato.

Dessert: A few scoops of Green Tea Ice Cream. YUM YUM!

Stir Fry Lettuce and Rice

Damn, I should actually make it a habit to snap a photo of my food before I eat it.
I ate it all up before realizing that I should snap a photo of it.
But yeah, that is what I have for lunch.

Gym at 6.30pm and a light dinner after. ^^!

Breakfast No No!

I am just having honey water for breakfast.
I know, I should be having a meal for breakfast, but I am the type of people that aren't able to scuff down any breakfast in the morning.
Well unless I wake up like super early in the morning.
I've stayed up studying and finishing up my assignment, thus I woke up like super late in the morning.
Honey water would be suffice for a 2 hour lecture and then I'll be home making lunch.

By the way, honey is GOOD for you!
