WHICH IS SUPER FAILED!
Did not rise up enough and it starts spreading apart touching one another.
Thus looking like a huge peanut shell.
However, it taste like a macaron.

Boiled Cauliflower With Oyster Sauce
Instead of cooking a small batch of garlic and ginger oil to top on top,
I've sprinkle some sesame oil all around.
And MY OH MY!
Its taste SO DELICIOUS!
The smell and taste of Korean sesame oil go so well with the boiled veggies.
No more garlic and ginger oil topping for me!

Crispy Warm Tortilla With Cheese
I heat it up on a frying pan.
It warmed up and crisp up.
Adding cheese in centre makes it so yummy!

Vegetarian Ramen

I finally able to make the egg Japanese ramen style.
Which is hard boil on the outside but the yolk is still melting inside!

Curry Sauce Ramen
Ramen noodles used are fresh ramen noodles, not instant.
Tops with fish curry sauce and blanched bean sprout.
To avoid noodle sticking to one another, I've added a dash of sesame oil.
So each bite also has that nutty sesame flavour.

Blue Cheese Mayo
Made with mayonnaise, blue cheese and mustard.
Would have added in some lemon extract or zest to make it even more tangy.
But overall it was good!

Made boiled broccoli with oyster sauce.
Yummy!
The water that was use to boil the broccoli is then used again to make fishball miso soup.
People always waste water and good broth by throwing away the water.
These water is a good source to make stock and soups with leftover vegetables.
Therefore, SAVE the WATER people!
